March Madness Season Kickoff

**Important Note**

Due to scheduling conflict with Los Robles, this tournament has been moved from the 21st, to the 28th. Additionally, the course is undergoing aeration on the 24th. Due to the aeration, the price has been reduced to $79 per person.

This 5-month regular season features one 18-hole 2-player scramble tournament per month, with gross scoring only and teams divided into two divisions (Division A and Division B) based on Team Handicaps calculated from prior LASN performance or for new teams 1.5 X their front 9 score the first tournament they play in.

Compete for season-long points, bragging rights, and a spot in the epic Month 6 playoffs, where the top 16 teams qualify: the top 8 battle in the Division A, and teams 9–16 compete in the Division B, crowning champions in both.

Individuals will earn LASN Cup points by splitting the total points their team earned that tournament. Individuals can switch partners throughout the season; however to be eligible for playoffs, teams must have competed in a minimum of 2 tournaments together. 

The playoffs are a thrilling 27-hole match-play showdown in month 6, with each matchup decided over 9 holes. Brackets will be re-seeded after each 9 hole round. Whether you're a seasoned duo or a new team, every scramble brings fun, strategy, and the chance to shine on Los Robles' iconic fairways.

Points System

- Points are awarded per event based on gross-score finishes within each division to determine season-long standings. Points are calculated from the bottom up to accommodate varying division sizes:

  **Division A Points** (multiplier 20):

**Low Gross Bonus**: If a Division B team posts a gross score better than the worst Division A score, they earn +20 points.

**Ties**: Teams tied for a position split the points evenly.
